Samsung Malaysia Electronics have made it official with a recall notice for the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. According to them, as of 1 September, 35 cases have been reported globally regarding the faulty battery but Samsung are placing a priority on the safety of its customers and stopping sales of the Galaxy Note 7 for now.
Those who have bought and received their Galaxy Note 7 devices can replace ther current device in the coming weeks when the solution for the issue is found. You can contact the Samsung Malaysia Careline at 1-800-88-7799 for further information.
