There have been leaks and rumours about the Apple AirTags since last year. It was expected to launch with new iPads last month, but as you know that event was delayed. Fortunately, it looks like Apple still plans to launch it with the new iPads as a new rumour hints that it's coming soon.

Based on a statement by money.udn.com, it seems that Apple might be keen on releasing the new Apple iPad Pro, iPad Mini, and iPad AirTags on 16 March 2021. While not much is known in regards to the Malaysia release date, it does give us a better idea of what to expect when it is officially available in the global market.

As we step into 2021, we wonder what else could Apple reveal to us. Last year, there were a lot of Apple product rumours that didn't make it to the cut such as the AirTag but here's some new information about it. The Apple AirTags have yet to be launched, but there's now some official source to go with all the rumours. Sources have found patents for the tracking device, which could mean that it will launch soon. If that's the case, this lines up with what leakers have mentioned lately.
