Today, HONOR Malaysia announces the latest Pad X9a's availability and price. Coming with a 16GB + 128GB memory configuration, it is priced at RM999 and comes bundled with a free smart Bluetooth keyboard, pencil and a 3-month iQIYI membership subscription.

HONOR has announced its latest tablet offering in Malaysia, the HONOR Pad X9a. It’s now listed on the official HONOR Malaysia website, which reveals its full specs and features, but the price and availability are yet to be announced as of the time of writing.

With the Google Pixel 9, Google has introduced several new AI features specifically for those who buy this new flagship device. Among them are Pixel Screenshots for getting context from within screenshot images and Call Notes for transcribing phone calls via the voice recorder app. These two features have been confirmed not to be supported on the newly launched Pixel 9a.

As previously teased, HONOR Malaysia will be unveiling five new tech gadgets by the end of March 2025. One of the first products revealed is the HONOR Pad X9a (WiFi version), which will be available in the Malaysian market soon.

The Google Pixel 9a is set to launch in Malaysia with a price of RM 2699. This device comes with Gemini AI, a 48MP camera, and promises seven years of updates. It will be available in the Google Store and other Malaysian retail outlets starting April 2025 (Update: In recent announcements the Pixel 9a will be released in Malaysia in 16 April 2025). 

While minor 'leaks' are not rare these days, it still surprises us to see a product completely unveiled by non-official sources. The Google Pixel 9a has already started appearing in YouTube videos, which confirms that an imminent launch could happen soon.
