While most mobile devices use USB Type-C ports, Apple has stuck to its Lightning ports. This is because it's a proprietary format, so Apple gets to set higher prices. But the AirPods Pro 2 could be the first Apple device to get a USB-C version.

With the Chinese New Year celebrations less than a month away, Apple has released a Chinese New Year gift guide in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau with various discounts as well as limited-time products. These include a special-edition second-generation AirPods Pro with a Year of the Rabbit engraving.

Apple has recently updated its support document for the AirPods Pro lineup following the release of the second-generation AirPods Pro and there are some interesting details embedded within the page. The most notable one though has got to be the fact that the new AirPods Pro’s ear tips are incompatible with the original version.

Apple has just released a new firmware for its popular line of wearable wireless audio devices which includes the AirPods 2, AirPods Pro and the AirPods Max. Currently at firmware version 4E71, it is replacing the previous version of 4C165.
