The Samsung Galaxy A56 launched in March 2025 in Malaysia with prices starting from RM1999. It's the first mid-range Samsung device with AI functions, but does it make the phone a better deal? Read on to find out.

Today, Samsung Malaysia is back once again with another Galaxy A Series lineup. Introducing the Galaxy A56 5G, Galaxy A36 5G and Galaxy A26 5G, these mid-range tier phones will be available from 18 March 2025 onwards, at a starting price of RM1,199.

Samsung today announced its latest Galaxy A series smartphone offerings, the Samsung Galaxy A56 5G, Samsung Galaxy A36 5G and Samsung Galaxy A26 5G. For the first time, the Galaxy A series is integrating Awesome Intelligence while bringing enhanced durability and longevity, as well as robust security and privacy protections.

A few days ago, Samsung Malaysia started a new promo for the upcoming 2025 Galaxy A Series. While there's no official launch date in the Malaysian market yet, Samsung India has posted the Galaxy A Series launch on 2 March 2025.

As per tradition, Samsung Malaysia is going to launch a new lineup of the Galaxy A Series. Although the names were not spelt out, the teaser is already out alongside an e-voucher promotion.

Samsung may be releasing a new mid-range smartphone soon, as the device, the Samsung Galaxy A56, was spotted in several databases online. These include MIIT, TENAA, 3C and Geekbench, which also revealed some of its key specs.

It's only the first day of 2025, but the rumour mill churns endlessly and rumours abound. One of the latest is about the Samsung Galaxy A56, which should launch sometime in March this year. This launch window is likely, as specs for the device are already floating online.
