The latest Apple iPhone 15 series and iPhone 15 Pro series have just launched, but there's no sign of the iPhone 15 mini. In fact, you can't find the iPhone mini at all on the Apple Malaysia site. It's a decision that could signal the death knell of small form factor smartphones. So... where does this leave small phone fans?

Just over the weekend, there were rumours about ASUS shutting down its Zenfone department and the Zenfone 10 was reportedly the last one in the series. Well, turns out that it's not true at all and ASUS just released a statement regarding this fake news. 

For compact smartphone lovers, the ASUS Zenfone 9 and Zenfone 10 are practically heaven-sent in the sea of large phones. With that being said, we’ve got some bad news on the matter, as the Zenfone 10 may end up being the last smartphone in the Zenfone series by ASUS.

Just a few hours ago, ASUS released the Zenfone 10 and it's priced at $799 (~RM3740). There's no word if the phone would make it to Malaysia, but ASUS said it will be available by the end of Q3 2023.

While most Android smartphones on the market have some form of bloatware, some phones don't have them. The best option for Malaysians who want a vanilla Android UI is the ASUS Zenfone series, and the Zenfone 10 series launch is just around the corner.
