  • Alleged images of the unreleased 35W dual USB-C ports adapter by Apple have been making its rounds across the internet recently. Shared by ChargerLAB yesterday, the images show a compact design charger with side-by-side USB-C ports.

    Furthermore, it looks exactly like the current iPhone and iPad 20W chargers sold by Apple, including the use of foldable prongs. There is also a familiar circular indent for extra grip.

    Yesterday, we reported how Apple was successful in its patent application for an under-display Face ID technology. Well, it looks like the tech giant has been busy behind the scenes and has also been granted patents for other designs, including for a few game controllers!

    Speaking of the game controller patents, it seems that Apple may still be figuring out the best design option. The company has had three different design concepts for the gaming controller in two separate patent applications that were approved by the US Patent and Trademark Office as well as from the European Patent Office.

  • Apple is reportedly set to ‘revolutionise’ the tech industry once again next year by changing how hardware will be sold. According to a Bloomberg report by Mark Gurman, a reliable leaker on everything Apple, the tech giant is planning to start selling mobile devices through a hardware subscription service.

    These include a subscription service for the iPhone and iPad that would require consumers to pay a monthly fee to Apple in order to buy and use the device. Gurman claimed that this service is Apple’s biggest push into automatically recurring sales other than its current digital services.

    Shared by reliable tipster Max Wienbach on Twitter, the schematics are in line with previous leaks of the iPhone 14 Pro series. It shows the dual-hole design of the display with one pill-like punch out for Face ID and another circular hole for the selfie camera.
