Apple is set to add 9 devices to its ‘vintage’ list at the end of this month, marking 5 years since the company last distributed them for sale. These include popular devices such as the first MacBook Pro series with Touch Bar, the 9.7-inch iPad Pro as well as the 27-inch iMac.

It has been six years since Apple made their first iPad debut in 2010. Counting all of their versions of iPad up until now, we can get a total of 12 iPad starting from the Apple iPad, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Air, iPad Air 2, iPad Mini, iPad Mini 2, iPad Mini 3, iPad Mini 4, iPad Pro 12.9-inch, and iPad Pro 9.7-inch. Now the biggest question is, which one is the fastest?

Back in March, Apple announced the Apple iPad Pro 9.7-inch, and now it is available and ready to be purchased at the Malaysia Apple Store from RM2699. Check out the full price list below. The 9.7-inch model will include most of the features and specification of the 12.9-inch model such as the A9X processor, 9.7-inch Retina display of 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution, 12MP iSight rear camera and a lot more! This new iPad Pro will be able to use the Apple Pencil stylus and it will also be included with a smart connector for the Smart Keyboard add on.

Refreshing their existing 9.7-inch Apple iPad tablet lineup (which means no iPad Air 3), Apple have also launched the Apple iPad Pro 9.7-inch model from $599 (RM2419) for the 32GB storage version with WiFi (check out all the pricings below). Featuring new tech specs like the A9X processor and support for a smaller but still super thin smart keyboard and the Apple Pencil stylus, the 9.7-inch iPad Pro is basically the 12.9-inch iPad Pro in a smaller form factor. 

No Malaysia release dates yet but like the iPhone SE preorders will start on 24 March 2016 and it is expected to be available (in the US at least) by 31 March 2016. It doesn't look like it will replace the iPad Air 2 so we should expect a price drop for that one at least.

So as some of you may know, Apple may actually turn their Apple iPad Air 3 into a lesser version of the iPad Pro. But instead of going for the original 12.9-inch display, they're opting for 9.7-inch and could sport similar tech specs.
