    Celcom Blue Cube refresh rolls out for a better customer experience

    Celcom Axiata Berhad kicked off their Blue Cube refresh with Celcom Blue Cube Taman Segar, featuring a new design that includes 3D printers, devices on display and a modern and industrial look and feel. This new and refreshed look will be rolled out to all 61 Blue Cubes nationwide by 2018 to help make the overall Celcom customer experience more awesome. Some existing stores are expected to be relocated to more attractive commercial areas for more convenient access as well.

    Celcom Q3 announcement reveals strong and stabilized growth

    Celcom Axiata Berhad's Q3 report announcement revealed strong overall growth with a 25% increase in data revenue year-on-year thanks to an increase in data consumption and higher smartphone penetration for a total revenue of RM1.655 billion. Normalised EBITDA totalled RM688 million, which is a 9.4% increase Quarter-over-Quarter partly due to cost optimization initiatives such as Celcom's EasyPhone smartphone instalment plan for prepaid and OleOle e-gifting along with collaborations with Grab and more.     Celcom Axiata Berhad officially launched the Apple iPhone X today after customers queued up at their Sunway Pyramid Blue Cube store since Monday, allowing the first in line and the first pre-order customers to buy the 64GB iPhone X for just RM10. Other Celcom postpaid and prepaid customers can get the iPhone X via the EasyPhone, zero interest 24 month instalment programme.

    Celcom Axiata Berhad have launched their Social Media Experience (smEX) hub today at Menara Celcom. Combining marketing, sales amd service activities for social media channels, team members will utilize key social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and others to complement existing customer service channels for a social media reach of 1.2 million. The hub will be fully functional by December 2017.

    Xpax Fantasy Fest 2015 returned for a second time this year in StarXpo, Kenanga Wholesale City (KWC), Jalan Gelugor for two days on 28 and 29 November. A colourful event filled with cosplay, gaming, comics and more; the event was opened to the public and people were also given a chance to register for Xpax's MAGIC SIM card.

    On 3 November 2015, it was announced that Xpax Fantasy Fest 2015 will return for a second time after the success of the previous one last year. It will be a two-day free entrance event, scheduled on 28 and 29 November at StarXpo, Kenanga Wholesale City (KWC) Jalan Gelugor, 10am - 10pm and is open for everyone including those who love games, anime and cosplay.
