Digi just announced that the programme has been extended until 31 August 2021 for Malaysians who are eligible under the Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat requirements. Today, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has issued a total of 64 compounds worth RM3.2 million in the second quarter of 2021 to four telcos. Like before, Maxis, U Mobile, Digi and XOX Com got fined due to failure to comply with the numbering plan and electronic addressing as well as non -compliance with the Prepaid Guidelines for end-user registration.

Today, Digi has announced that the Digi Fibre 150 promotion has been extended until 31 July 2021. Not only that, but they have also increased the unlimited data speed from 100Mbps to 300Mbps for the same price tag of RM100 per month. Earlier today, Digi officially announced the Pakej Data Khas Pelajar for students between the age of 12 to 24 years old where they can get 15GB of mobile data that’s valid for up to 30 days for only RM20. But that’s not all, in conjunction with the Jaringan PRIHATIN Programme, parents will be eligible to get RM300 device subsidy for both Digi postpaid and prepaid customers.
