    Initially, when the Huawei Mate 30 series was first available in Malaysia it was only available to only customers who have owned the previous generation Huawei Mate devices. With that said, Huawei has recently announced that their Huawei Mate 30 series, as well as the Huawei Matebook 13, Huawei WiFi Q2 Pro, Huawei Watch GT2, Huawei FreeBuds 3 and the Huawei X Gentle Monster Eyewear will be officially available in Malaysia from 15 November 2019 onwards.

    It looks like Huawei and their Huawei Mate 30 series, which includes the Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro, could get official Google Play Services soon. The New York Times recently said that this could be due to the special licenses Trump recently said would be coming for US companies to be able to sell to Huawei without having to get permission from the US administration. No news when exactly this might happen but soon could be weeks or even days ahead as other US companies like Micron have already started to resume selling to Huawei.

    With just a few more days before the Huawei Mate 30 series launch on 19 September 2019, renders of the Huawei Mate 30Huawei Mate 30 ProMate 30 RS Porsche Design and Huawei Mate 30 Lite have appeared courtesy of @evleaks. While no actual tech specs or features get mentioned, the renders show off the Huawei Mate 30 with a flat but notched front screen using dual front cameras (one of which we expect could be either a ToF or Time-of-Flight sensor or a depth sensor while the other could go for a 32MP ultra wide angle).

    It seems that an image has surfaced on Twitter, showcasing what looks like a case for the upcoming Huawei Mate 30 series smartphone which is due to be released on 19 September 2019. The casing reveals a total of 4 circular cut-outs, accompanied by a single square cut-out below it.

    Based on a statement by AndroidAuthority.com, a picture of what we assume to be the Huawei Mate 30 Pro was leaked on Weibo and it showcased the curved display on the device. Not only that, but it also seems that the device in question also comes with a rather thick bar-style notch at the top which supposedly houses the front-facing selfie camera, TOF sensor and potentially more.
