Continuing their commitment to Malaysian fans, Huawei Malaysia held their latest NEXT-Image MasterClass photography workshop this Saturday with celebrity Instagrammer smashpOp on portrait photos and mobile photography. While the workshop highlighted the capabilities of the latest Huawei P30 Pro, there were also Huawei P30, Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro photography fans participating.

While we’re still out here arguing if the camera setup for the Huawei Mate 30 Pro is circular or square, another rumour has come up about the phone. Instead of utilizing the periscope lens like the Huawei P30 series, the Mate 30 Pro may instead feature a CMOS sensor. 

Previously, Huawei Malaysia held a Service Day from 31 May until 1 June for their Huawei customers for free. Due to popular demand, they are bringing it back once again for today and tomorrow across the nation! Just like before, customers will enjoy a free out of warranty labour charge, as well as a free phone disinfecting service and others.

Shopee Malaysia has announced the App Protection Warranty programme, which allows users who bought any of the selected Huawei devices (see the list below) from 1 July until 30 September 2019 from participating dealers on Shopee to get a full refund if some apps are not working. It's unfortunate that Huawei smartphones will stop receiving Google services update after 19 August 2019. But all hope is not lost yet, as Google has allowed the Huawei Mate 20 Pro to be part of Android Q beta program and that's not all - Huawei just recently made an announcement on its Huawei Mobile UK Twitter page that the P30 series will also have Android Q access.
