The LG G6 has been officially announced with a 5.7-inch FullVision display with rounded corners in a body normally taken by a 5.2-inch display smartphone. It also packs in dual wide angle rear camera setup somewhat different from the LG V20, capable of recording in 4K video with smooth stabilization and taking square shots so you can take pictures while holding the phone upright. Other new additions to the LG G6 include IP68 water and dust resistance and no more modular parts unlike the previous LG G5. We don't expect the LG G6 to arrive in Malaysia any time soon though but there wasn't any pricing or release date information revealed either.

Once again, a couple more new images of the LG G6 leaked ahead of MWC. This time, they are live images showing something new, the phone is turned on and showcasing its Always-On Display, which shows the time, date, battery percentage at all times.
For a change, the phone isn’t the black variety, we could clearly see the minimal bezels on its side and top. The bottom bezel is slightly larger though, and features a simple LG branding in the middle. The rounded corners of the screen are a pleasant change from the usual square cut bezels, giving the phone a better uniformed look to go along with its rounded corners.

With MWC2017 drawing closer, yet another teaser for the upcoming LG G6 surfaced. The most recent teaser had a blue hue, with the words, “Resist More. Under Pressure.” With the blue hue and its accompanying caption, it’s hard to ignore the fact this is a teaser for possible water resistance capabilities of the LG G6 as it had often been rumoured that it’ll have IP68 certification.
It had also been revealed that the LG G6 will ship with a battery capacity of more than 3200 mAh, one of the biggest batteries ever to ship with the LG G-series.

A photo, allegedly that of the final retail model of the LG G6 leaked online recently. The back of the phone had an obvious "G6" label, and features a shiny black back, indicating possibly a glass build, or even a Jet Black finish. The rear fingerprint scanner and dual-camera setup looks strikingly similar to the ones seen on the LG V20 as well as last year's LG G5.
