It looks like Instagram has given up on its attempt to capture the long-form video market following the company’s move to kill off the IGTV standalone app. In an official blog post on Monday (28 February 2022), Instagram confirmed that it is discontinuing support for the IGTV app thus ending the service as a whole. RIP!

During Facebook's Q3 earnings call, CEO Mark Zuckerberg has revealed some of the upcoming plans for the social media platforms. Out of them, one got our attention by mentioning that the company will shift their focus to young adults with "significant changes" applied to Facebook and Instagram.

After that, the messaging app has recorded a surge in new users and caused the company to experience verification codes delay. Now, it is found out that the person who owns WhatsApp is also a user of Signal.

In another interview session by YouTuber MKBHD (Marques Keith Brownlee), his latest one was with Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook. In that nearly 20 minute video, MKBHD just had to ask him about what "phone is in his pocket right now" and Mark just revealed that he is a big fan of Samsung.

We have announced that Hugo Barra has left Xiaomi recently, and will be heading back to Silicon Valley for his next stage in his career. Well, we now know where he is heading to. Mark Zuckerberg just announced on his Facebook page that Hugo will be joining the Facebook team, specifically the Oculus team.
