Over the weekend, Ubisoft held its annual Ubisoft Forward digital event and announced a bunch of new games and content coming soon. Besides the upcoming Assassin's Creed Mirage, the company also announced a bunch of titles for the mobile gaming platform, including Netflix Games.

Popular streaming service Netflix expanded into mobile gaming in November last year, but it looks like the service has gotten just meagre traction. Available only to subscribers but have to be downloaded as separate apps, a recent analysis found that less than 1 percent of Netflix’ total subscribers are using the service.

A few months back, Netflix announced that it's expanding into mobile games. The company beta-tested it in selected countries over the last few months, before launching for Android users last week. Now, Netflix is ready to launch it on more platforms.

Netflix is no longer just your movie streaming platform but is expanding its territory and will be launching its first games worldwide to break into the game subscription market. The company will roll out updates to its Netflix app on Android smartphones beginning with five mobile games for all Netflix subscribers.
