As previously reported, Red Magic 8S Pro's debut in the Malaysian market is today and nubia has officially announced the phone. With a starting price of RM3699, mobile gamers can get their hands on it at the REDMAGIC MY Official Shopee Store and my.redmagic.gg starting from the 14th of August 2023.

Earlier, we mentioned the global release of nubia Red Magic 8S Pro. Now, nubia fans in Malaysia can get the flagship phone this August. In case you didn’t know, what makes it so special?

After weeks of teasers, nubia today released the Red Magic 8S Pro series in China with some top-notch specs and features. As we’ve alluded to previously, these include a variant with a whopping 24GB of RAM!

Growing up as a Malaysian, we are often led to believe that bigger is “more better”. Even for the smartphone RAM, we would want the biggest RAM, because more, is better, right?

Yup, you read that right. the upcoming Red Magic 8S Pro will be released with a staggering 24GB of RAM. It was just announced on Red Magic's Weibo page a few hours ago, alongside the launching date which is 5 July 2023 in China.

For gaming phones, the most powerful option you can currently get is the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate. But if you have a limited budget, there are more affordable ones from Redmi or Nubia. The latter entered the Malaysian market last year with its Red Magic 7S Pro, and now a successor  - the Red Magic 8S Pro - could be on the way.
