Recently, a Twitter user by the name of @OnLeaks has recently posted a tweet which includes pictures of what seems to be the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S11 series smartphone. Based on the image, it looks like the upcoming Galaxy device will come with a rectangle camera module which houses around 5 image sensors as well as one LED flash.

With the Samsung Galaxy S11 expected to release around Q1 2020, Evan Blass recently mentioned that the S11 series will most likely be available in three different sizes which includes a 6.4-inch, 6.7-inch as well as a 6.9-inch curved display variant. But that’s not all, XDA Developers did a little digging around and found a 108MP resolution mode in the Samsung Galaxy camera app, hinting that the upcoming devices will most likely come with a 108MP camera sensor.

It seems that next year’s Samsung Galaxy S11 could come equipped with a newer generation ISOCELL 108MP image sensor, based on a statement by Ice Universe on his Twitter account. While there is not much info in regards to the difference between the first generation and second generation ISOCELL sensor, we would most likely see improvements as to how the aforementioned sensor process images.

Reports state that Sunny Optical, which is the supplier for the Time-of-Flight module has significantly ramped up shipments to Samsung for the Galaxy S11 series smartphones. With that said, bgr.com stated that there is a big possibility that the upcoming Galaxy series smartphones could come with more ToF modules compared to its predecessor.
