With such a unique design, Samsung is paving the way for the future of new smartphone designs. In fact, you could say that this is the most stylish phone Samsung has ever done.

Earlier today, we wrote that Samsung might perhaps launch two more new foldable devices in July. While the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is shaping up nicely (if true), the next-gen Galaxy Z Flip could also have a new kickass design. In fact, there are already some leaked photos of the allegedly real devices.

Samsung has officially announced on their Facebook page and the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, as well as the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, have their price reduce down to RM3999 and RM2999 respectively. If you’re interested, both the smartphones mentioned can be purchased from Samsung’s official website starting from today onwards.

Based on a statement by Androidheadlines.com, a leaked patent seems that hint that HP could be working on a foldable smartphone which comes with a similar folding mechanism to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. While not much is known in regards to whether this smartphone will actually be available in the future, our source did mentioned that the patent was approved on 13 August 2020.

Based on a statement from techradar.com, it seems that Apple might be working on a foldable iPhone with some features similar to what is found on the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. While not much is known in regards to the exact details of the foldable smartphone, Apple patent from Patently Apple seems to hint that it comes equipped with two camera sensors.

Based on a statement by notebookcheck.net, it seems that Huawei could be working on a foldable smartphone similar to that of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, based on a patent filed to the World Intellectual property Office. While not much is known in regards to the aforementioned device, another source mentioned that it will most likely be called the Huawei Mate V.

Based on a bunch of images from LetsGoDigital, it seems that Xiaomi could be working on a patent of a foldable smartphone with a rotating camera module at the top. While it is highly unlikely that Xiaomi will be manufacturing such as a device in the near future, it is nice to know that they are still finding ways to innovate on a foldable smartphone form-factor.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is one of the coolest looking devices in the market, albeit the high price tag is aiming at premium users. Since the phone is foldable, you can actually use it as a standalone "tripod" to surf online and watch videos, but YouTube wasn't optimized for this until a new update today. Known as Flex Mode, this will allow users to have a better viewing experience on YouTube.
