What a hectic week, as we mentioned from our previous Newsbytes, there were several new smartphones launches over the past two weeks and the biggest highlight is obviously the Huawei P30 Series, which has a crazy zoom in feature that can go up to 50x with the P30 Pro, whereas the P30 can go up to 30x. Good Vibes Festival is back and you know the saying goes - the early bird catches the worm! U Mobile customers can now purchase the Early Bird tickets to the event and sales will begin on 25 March 2019 from 12 PM at RM360 each, just a day before the official sales to the public.

In the midst of multiple phone releases, U Mobile has announced a strategic partnership with Razer to cater to Malaysians in terms of gaming. According to their press release, the two companies will be working in three key areas - e-payments, eSports and 5G connectivity.

Can you believe it? It's March already and kicking off this month, U Mobile is proud to announce that they the main sponsors of Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL) Season 3 (Malaysia/Singapore) which is taking place between 1 March until 28 April 2019. On top of that, they will be giving away a total of RM60,000 worth of exclusive Mobile Legends skins to their customers!

Today, U Mobile has announced yet another giler postpaid plan. This time called as the Unlimited Hero P139 postpaid plan, this package is RM139 and features pretty awesome stuff because it offers a huge chunk of tethering data up to 50GB!

Today, Huawei Malaysia has announced that its very own official Android app, Huawei AppGallery can now accept bill payments from DiGi, Hotlink, Maxis, and U Mobile. This new partnership between the companies offers subscribers of the respective telcos the ability to purchase digital content conveniently for things such as buying in-game items and others via the Huawei AppGallery.

Aside from being able to purchase a wide range of in-app products from various games, customers can also purchase customized themes which can then be paid through their monthly phone bills online. According to the information from the company, it seems that only postpaid users of DiGi, Maxis and U Mobile can perform this, while only Hotlink prepaid users can pay using prepaid credit from topups.
