Rumours: More Webe leaks, this time, full details available for the Pioneer invite-only plan

The exclusive mobile plans we have been dying to get from Webe may not have released yet, but the folks at Lowyat.net discovered a Webe invitation page that is supposedly only for Webe invited individuals. Said page is now unavailable but you can see it for yourself below. The page reveals the name of the plan being the Pioneer plan and is meant for staff to try out from 31 March 2016 to 6 May 2016. After 31 July 2016, these subscribers will be converted to the normal consumer plans which are set to be announced and revealed on 1 August 2016. We've since confirmed this with TM staff who said they've registered for the WeBe starter kit already.

WeBe will be a P1 rebrand, but its highly anticipated mobile plans won't be revealed anytime soon

Some of you may have heard of the hype from WeBe recent rumors about its groundbreaking mobile telco plans which we earlier guessed to be revealed today. Unfortunately, the long-awaited conference is just about WeBe revealing itself as a rebrand of P1, and not much talk about WeBe itself as a mobile telco. But from the conference we did receive a "not fixed date" for a possible WeBe telco launch, which could probably happen at the end of this year.

  • Rumours: WeBe 20GB data and voice plan from RM8/month or Unlimited everything plan for RM80/month

Rumours: WeBe 20GB data and voice plan from RM8/month or Unlimited everything plan for RM80/month

It seems that the signed agreements between Celcom, P1 and TM back in January are showing results. This collaboration may probably end up turning WeBe into a new mobile operator. Originally WeBe was just a community site for anyone to post a project that they want to have happened, then with enough WeBe community to back it, to then start receiving funds for their project.

From the leaked photos surfacing from popular local blogs and websites, it seems that WeBe will be offering 20GB of data, 1000 talk time minutes, and 1000 SMS for RM8/month. Best of all their unlimited plan will only cost RM80/month for unlimited 4g internet, unlimited SMS and unlimited phone calls.
