A perk of having a Xiaomi device is that even its oldest phones still receive updates till this day. At least, until now. The Chinese manufacturer made an announcement on their forums stating 7 Redmi devices will cease to receive any form of software support.

Priced at 499 yuan (about RM311) the Redmi 4A features a metal body but lacks a fingerprint sensor and has lower-end tech specs like a quad-core processor for 499 yuan (RM311).
