Based on a statement by Apple Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, there could be a possibility that all of Apple’s iPhone 12 series smartphones might not come equipped with 120Hz display. This is most likely due to the fact that a 120Hz refresh rate display, has been known to drastically drain a smartphone’s battery life.

Based on a statement by @MarkGurman, it seems that Apple could be sending out a new press release on 8 September 2020 at 9PM, which provides information on the exact release date of the iPhone 12 series. But that’s not all, there the aforementioned press release will also include details on which Apple device will be unveiled as well.

While not much is known in regards to which variant of the smartphone the cable will come bundled together with, we suspect that will it most likely be packaged together with higher-end variants such as the Pro, as well as the Pro Max.
