The iPhone 14 series will most probably launch this September as per the usual Apple release schedule and with the lineup being closer to release, the more leaks we are getting about them. Just yesterday, we got alleged schematics of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max which reveal the phones’ designs and dimensions.

Shared by reliable tipster Max Wienbach on Twitter, the schematics are in line with previous leaks of the iPhone 14 Pro series. It shows the dual-hole design of the display with one pill-like punch out for Face ID and another circular hole for the selfie camera.

Opensignal recently revealed another report about the global smartphone mobile network experience and it revealed that for Malaysia, Samsung and Huawei smartphone users tend to get higher download speeds than Apple smartphone users. While Samsung smartphone users got the top spot of an average 16Mbps, Huawei smartphone users were just almost there at 15Mbps. Apple smartphone users were quite close still at 13Mbps.

A supply chain in China claims that Apple may be working on a more affordable version of the iPhone without their iconic Face ID. Sources say that it may instead come with an under-display (UD) fingerprint reader to keep costs low and notches smaller (a definite plus if this were to happen).

Apple is currently recalling all their three-prong AC wall plug adapters or in layman’s terms, the charger for the Apple devices from the year 2003 to 2010. The company had found that in rare cases, the adapter can break and electrocute the user if the metal parts are touched.

Its that time of year again! Apple has announced the date for the Apple Special Event which is on the 25th of March at the Steve Jobs Theatre in Cupertino, California. The event is expected to focus more on Apple’s online services.

Apple would be announcing a subscription based event on the 25th of March, possibly launching a brand new app or service for their ecosystem. However, rumours have been going around that Apple may be announcing some products as well and the Apple Airpods 2 might be one of them.
