Unless you haven't been paying attention at all, you should already know about the movement control order (MCO) being extended to 28 April 2020. Since another two weeks of closure could severely impact several industries, the government has allowed certain sectors to operate at this time. Strangely, haircut services were allowed, though it seems some people aren't keen on the idea.

All Malaysians must have heard the news that our government will further extend the MCO period until 28th April. Therefore, we will be entering the third phase of MCO after 14th April. During these days, many business operations and constructions have been halted and the country’s economic status has no doubt been affected. To boost the economy, our government will now allow several different industry sectors to apply for permission to operate as usual.
