In this short announcement, OPPO just announced the launch of Fortnite on the OPPO App Market as part of a partnership with the game’s developer, Epic Games. In case you didn't know, OPPO users in Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, and India can access Fortnite through the OPPO App Market since 10 October 2023.

Global cybersecurity and digital privacy company, Kaspersky revealed that cybercriminals launched more than 7 million attacks on children and exploited popular game titles last year. These include phishing pages mimicking global titles such as Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite and Apex Legends.

Some three years after its removal from the Apple App Store for violating store rules, Epic Game’s Fortnite may set for a dramatic return to the platform this year. While nothing concrete has been unveiled just yet, Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney has teased the matter prior to New Year’s Day recently.

Back in 2020, Apple and Google both dropped the mobile version of Fortnite from their app stores. Despite escalating into a lawsuit, Epic Games was unable to put the game back on the app stores. But it's been confirmed that the game would return in another form.
