Is there no holiday for honor at all? Just when we thought there won't be any more new smartphone announcements, they went ahead and released a brand new honor 9 lite a.k.a. the Youth Edition of honor 9 which we last saw in June this year. Unlike the elder brother, the lite variant is packing quite a respectable set of tech-specs such as having quad-cameras. Let's check it out below:

Huawei has confirmed that the black variant of the latest Honor 9 will be launched next week on 18 July 2017.

The much coveted Honor 9 is now official and has been revealed in China along with a price tag of 2299CNY (RM1500) for the 64GB/4GB RAM version, 2699CNY (RM1700) for the 64GB/6GB RAM version and lastly 2999CNY (RM1900) for the high end 128GB/6GB version.

12 June 2017 is not that far off and that will be the day when Honor 9 will be revealed. We have only gotten a few leaks on the tech-specs too, but today we got ourselves a treat of a leaked photo.

A more official teaser poster has surfaced seemingly confirming what could be the release date for the Honor 9 as 12 June 2017. The Honor 9 is rumoured to come with a Kirin 960 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 5.15-inch FHD display, dual rear cameras of 20MP and 12MP, an 8MP front camera and 3100 mAh battery.

So according to the latest leak, the much anticipated Honor 9 will be officially launching on 12 June 2017 in Shanghai, which isn’t that far off. However, other details regarding the tech-specs are quite scarce. But here’s what we know so far.

Honor hasn’t start any official major announcements yet this year, but they have confirmed a fixed launching event on 23 May 2017 in China. What device could it be? We don’t exactly know yet, so lets check out the teaser first.

When is Honor 9 coming? Nobody knows since there isn’t much information about it. The last we reported about the phone was early May about not having a headphone jack, and it seems to be kind of “legit” due to this new information of the leaked tech-specs from this “Reviewer” from Weibo.
