It's been a while since we last heard of HONOR and we are expecting some new products coming this year as an independent brand. According to sources, an HONOR executive has confirmed that a new HONOR Play series phone will be releasing in May.

26th of January is the day the HONOR View20 will be hitting Malaysian markets which is only mere days away after its launch in Paris. To celebrate, HONOR will be having their largest roadshow yet at the Ground Floor of High Street in 1 Utama Shopping Center starting from 9.30AM. Early birds will be eligible to receive over RM700 worth of goodies.

We’ve missed out on the original Razer Phone but we’re not missing out on the Razer Phone 2! 15th of January is the date Razer has teased for the iconic gaming smartphone to be launched here in Malaysia.

So just after the announcement of the new Huawei Mate 20 series last night, honor Malaysia is excited to let their fans know that the latest EMUI 9.0 beta test is coming soon on the honor 10, honor View 10 and honor Play devices. The EMUI 9.0 beta test is already available to download and users who are interested can register for the software (link below). 

The OPPO F9 which was recently released at the end of August 2018 brings several key features such as a significantly smaller notch called the “Waterdrop screen”, VOOC Flash Charging with 5 levels of protection, and a beautiful diamond back design. Priced at RM1399 at launch, it is categorized as a mid-ranger with decent tech specs and design. In this review we will take a closer look at the OPPO F9 and see if the device lives up to its name as "the feature filled mid-range smartphone".

Honor will be hosting their first ever Honor Fan Fest 2018 at Glasshouse, Seputeh on 21 September 2018 starting from 7PM onwards. Contrary to what many sites have been parroting and what some have plainly assumed, Huawei and UL Benchmarks (formerly known as Futuremark) have come out with a joint statement confirming that there was no cheating involved with the Kirin 970 equipped honor play. Instead, it is due to the AI or Artificial Intelligence powered Kirin 970 automatically increasing the performance (by activating “Performance Mode”) when it detected the need for it, in this case when the 3DMark benchmark was run.
