In case you missed the news over the weekend, Maybank announced that all iOS devices must be updated to at least iOS 14 and above to continue using the MAE app. It will take effect on 31 March 2025.

It's been two weeks since iOS 15 got released globally. However, it was reported that not many iPhone users have adopted the new operating system when compared to iOS 14. In fact, it is lower and slower than last year's figures.

A few weeks back, Apple launched Spatial Audio and Lossless Audio for Apple Music. Now that the company has paved the way, other companies are looking to add similar features to their apps. One of them happens to be an iOS app for Netflix.

That's right, people. iOS 14 is now available to download globally and you should be able to find the update in your iPhone settings. However, during the Apple Event just yesterday (1AM, 16 September), the developers were only notified to submit their app optimization review to Apple in view of iOS 14.

Today, Apple have finally released the first public beta test for the iPhones, iPads as well as those who have an Apple TV. Interested users can now try out the new iOS 14, iPadOS 14, and tvOS 14 via the download link here, however, macOS 11 Big Sur and watchOS 7 are not available yet. 

The latest iOS 14 has been in beta testing by developers about two weeks ago, bringing a lot of new features and revealing issues like the clipboard snooping. Now, Apple is ready for the second beta phase and has announced that iOS 14 beta 2 can be installed through an over-the-air update.

In this age of the internet, privacy and security are major concerns. So when it was reported that iOS apps were caught accessing clipboard data, it's understandable that people were more than worried. Most companies have already fixed or started to fix this issue, however, with Reddit and LinkedIn the next to do so.
