As we enter into the extended period of the movement control order (MCO), some of us here in Malaysia are starting to experience slower internet speeds. It's not our imagination either, as a recent study suggests that the "internet pressure" in our country has increased for workdays.

Digi has officially announced that they’re giving away 1GB of free internet data, which is usable from 8AM to 6PM when you claim it from the MyDigi app. Furthermore, all Digi prepaid customers who reload RM10 and above will be eligible for up to 1GB of free internet data as up to 15 minutes of free calls.

This morning, Sony has officially announced the availability of various vlogging focused cameras and more starting from as low as RM2799. Starting off with the Sony RX0 Mark 2, which is an ultra small form factor premium compact camera which is waterproof up to 10 meters, shockproof and it houses a 1-inch sized 15.3MP image sensor, which is rather large for the size of the camera. Today, YTL Communications in collaboration with Facebook has announced that Malaysia will be the first large-scale market pilot in Asia with the launch Terragraph high-speed broadband in Georgetown, Penang. All access to Terragraph’s network such as Public WiFi as well as Fixed Wireless Access will be free of charge, until the end of the market pilot.
