When we reviewed the OnePlus 5 last year, it was dubbed as the flagship killer for a few good reasons and good specifications at a reasonable price. Comparing it with the iPhone 7 Plus (before the 8 and X were released), we think the former is definitely more worth it. Then after that, the OnePlus 5T was revealed coming with an 18:9 aspect ratio body for RM2388. Some of you already know about the OnePlus 5T, well, we are still going to talk about it anyway. The device was just launched last Friday and it sure looks different from the OnePlus 5. Not only it looks different, but internal hardware is much improved as well such as the full frontal display in 18:9 aspect ratio, a new camera system, facial recognition and others. An apparent full-body leak of the OnePlus 5T has surfaced online and it is majestic. It would seem that OnePlus has maintained their trademark red box with white interiors. Inside, we can see the OnePlus 5T device, the dash charger and the trademark red cable. Based on side-by-side comparisons, the OnePlus 5T is slightly larger than the OnePlus 5 but generally the form factor looks identical. Though, the home button is gone and the fingerprint scanner has been moved to the back.

With just a week left until the unveiling of the OnePlus 5T, we've got plenty of rumours on how the phone will look like and what tech-specs it would carry. So far we have a pretty good idea on those, but just today someone just leaked a full render concept of the device. We cannot confirm its authenticity but oh well, onward to the rumour train!

Based on teasers and posters, the theme of the launch is ‘A New View’ and it shows that the OnePlus 5T launch event will be held on the 16 November 2017, 11AM Eastern Time in New York. 11AM Eastern Time is around 12:00 AM in Malaysia.

The OnePlus 5T is looking like quite a beast with the 6-inch, 2160 x 1080p 18:9 aspect ratio display, powered by the high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC with Adreno 540. On another note, co-founder of OnePlus Pete Lau has dropped a small bomb for some of us. He has begun posting in Weibo with a OnePlus 5T flare.

There are quite a number of OnePlus 5T rumours floating around online lately, this time we got a dual combo of how the phone looks like and its camera capability. The OnePlus 5T body render is leaked by none other than Evan Blass, and interestingly, even the new portrait photo was posted by OnePlus co-founder, Carl Pei himself on Twitter.
