With just a day away from OPPO unveiling the F3 and F3 Plus smartphone, someone uploaded a video on unboxing the device but only revealing the back side. Check out the video below:

In case you didn’t know, it’s not uncommon for Chinese smartphone manufacturers to slap a different name on their phones for international release purpose. One good example is when Oppo released the F1 Plus as an international model, but it’s the same one as the R9. So today, it seems that the latest news is that the Honor V9 will have a name-change for international release. 

OPPO has always been known for their good camera quality on their smartphones, just earlier this year, the OPPO F1 made its debut in Vietnam but it was presented as a normal mid-range device. So how does one improve it as the seasons come and go? The answer - prioritize the front camera by pumping it up to 16MP, and introduce the OPPO Plus & F1s to the world as a selfie expert smartphone. We got the F1s model which was released in Malaysia just last month, does it really live up as the selfie expert? Let’s find out.

It has been a while since we last heard about any real flagship from OPPO, aside from the OPPO R9 and OPPO R9 plus series, plus the recently launched smartphones in Vietnam, the OPPO F1 and OPPO F1 Plus. Nevertheless, there are some rumours that an OPPO Find 9 might be released sometime in June this year featuring tech specs that include a Snapdragon 820 processor, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB internal storage.

It might also include features like the Super BOOC fast charging and OPPO's SmartSensor, which will include an inbuilt image stabilization at the sensor level. A recent leak also suggests that the phone might come with a 4K display too. Regardless, from all these high-end hardware we should expect the phone price to be quite steep, with a price tag somewhere around 3998 Yuan (about RM2420). For now, these are all nothing more than rumours, so do take it with a pinch of salt.

OPPO F1, known as the "selfie expert" smartphone which made its debut in Vietnam now has a big brother, simply called the OPPO F1 Plus is now available in India for 26990 rupees (around RM1595) and soon countries from Africa and Southeast Asia will have the mid-range device shortly, while Europe will get it next month onwards.

As you may already know, Samsung, LG and Sony will be at the MWC 2016 in Barcelona to present their newest products. However, we just got word that two other Asian smartphone manufacturer giants, Oppo and Xiaomi will be joining the event too with some teasers. 

First off, from Oppo's teaser image, “breakthrough tech” could be anything. We can count out their new F1 Plus model which was released in Vietnam few days ago, but maybe they will present a new smartphone camera feature? After all, that's what they are known for over the years.
