According to this new report, the chip actually allows a 4,000mAh battery to get fully charged in just 8 minutes.

Today, Xiaomi Corporation has announced that a donation of USD 100,000 (~RM 418,150) from the Xiaomi Foundation has been contributed to both Malaysia and the Philippines.
