HONOR 50 series receives 3C certification, revealed up to 100W fast charge support

HONOR's upcoming flagship series HONOR 50 is expected to be launched either in the first half of 2021 or early June. When it happens, we could see three devices that are the HONOR 50, HONOR 50 Pro, and the HONOR 50 Pro Plus. Today, someone has spotted that the devices just got their Chinese 3C certifications and revealed support for up to 100W fast charging.

According to the information dug up by reputable tipster Digital Chat Station, a new charger with model number HN-200500C00 has shown up alongside two unknown HONOR 5G devices that belong to the HONOR 50 series. It is said that the charger supports 11V 6A up to 66W and 20V 5A up to 100W fast charge protocol. Therefore, besides Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset and 50MP main camera, we could also see some impressive fast charge actions from the series.

To recap, earlier rumours have already shown us some live images of the HONOR 50 by featuring a circular-rectangle camera module. Other than that, there were also some saying that the series will be returning with Google Mobile Services, which is something that is expected after the brand left HUAWEI.
