If you're still using a 2nd or 3rd Gen Apple TV, you might want to upgrade or use your TV to watch Netflix. It seems that Netflix users are getting a heads-up about the removal of software support, which will begin on 31 July 2024.
Just to be clear, "no longer be supported" just means the Netflix app will not get any software updates anymore. To be fair, both 2nd and 3rd Gen Apple TVs are more than a decade old. They were first launched on 1 September 2010 and early 2012, respectively. On top of that, the Netflix Help Center page also mentioned that "Netflix will no longer be available" on both devices after the aforementioned date.
That said, it's not really the end of the world yet for Netflix fans. Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K are not affected by this. Also, the most basic smart TVs nowadays have Netflix pre-installed into their operating system so that shouldn't be a problem. For your information, the latest Apple TV 4K starts from RM699 in Malaysia.
