A few hours ago, Astro AWANI released a video regarding Prime Minister Anwar on his views on Touch 'n Go. As the title says, Anwar promises to pay attention to the issues of the company.

In the short clip, the question was asked by one of the participants during a conference called Youth Empowerment Fair 2023. In the session of meeting Anwar, a youth asked him about his point of view and this is what he replied:

"You are right, you see, Touch 'n Go has been in operations for more than two decades. There has not been convincing, or development, or progress in the system. And I think you are right, we will have to reconsider that," said Anwar.

Touch 'n Go has recently been busy adding new features to the eWallet app. This includes two new insurance plans, paying for foodpanda via eWallet, and implementing five new safety & security measures before the banks do. That said, the Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Ministry (KPDN) still think its service issues are not resolved entirely, as well as recommending the company change its Visa Card name to avoid confusion

But what do you think about Touch 'n Go? Should the government really reconsider the company? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more trending tech news at TechNave.com.
