Samsung Electronics has been quite busy this starting year, they have released the new Galaxy A series (2016) just recently, same goes to the Galaxy Note5 pink edition, the Samsung SEA Forum 2016 in Malaysia yesterday, and the upcoming unknown Galaxy model this month too. We have already showed you some leaked tech specs of the Galaxy J7 (2016), and there's a new “update” on the specifications.
According to the new Geekbench 3, the model SM-J710FN, running on Exynos 7870 clocking in at 1.7GHz takes a similar performance level as the Snapdragon 615. Interestingly, our previous report showed the device had a 3GB RAM but instead it shows a 2GB. Another surprise is the image saying it will have the latest Android OS which is nice. It's said to pack a 3000 mAh battery and full HD display as well.
The 2016 Galaxy J7 will continue to be a mid-range type smartphone just like last year's model. Stay tuned for more Samsung news here at Technave!
