By now, most Mi fans know that Xiaomi will have a press conference on 27 July this month, but a mystery remains on what product they are planning to showcase. We have read a lot of rumours surrounding that, including the much speculated Xiaomi Mi Note 2, a Redmi Note 4 and an unannounced most-expensive Xiaomi device yet. Well, whatever it is, Xiaomi Director of New Media, Mr. Lu has decided to ease our curiosity a little bit.
According to on his Weibo account, Mr. Lu teased that there will be two announcements to be made, which also means two products to be revealed. We know Xiaomi is already planning to reveal two devices on the second half of the year, but in this case, it seems that they are going to kill two birds with one stone. Some web users have looked for clues on the image teaser, thinking that the first product could be the Redmi 4 (红米4 in Chinese) or maybe Note 4 because of the three letters censored in the post; while the second product has five letters that hints a Xiaomi Notebook (小米笔记本).
This is actually the first time we heard about a Xiaomi Notebook, rumours have it that the device will have three display variants (12.5-inch, 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch), sporting an Intel's Atom series processor in favor of long battery life and affordable price, the design might even look similar to the Apple Macbook.
