Under the Jendela Initiative, it seems that around 839 locations across 8 Malaysian states will be getting broadband access service via Satellite by October 2021. Based on a statement by Khairy Jamaluddin Abu Bakar, it seems that roughly 1.4 million Malaysians who registered for the COVID-19 vaccine did not provide additional information about themselves other than confirming their identity via NRIC. Citizens who did not provide the app with the necessary information might end up needing to get the vaccine at a later date, as some of the information might be required in order to set up an appointment.
