A few days ago, there was news about Samsung developing folding displays for OPPO, Xiaomi, and Google. Here, we found a leaker that confirmed Google is planning a foldable Pixel smartphone and it is going to be unveiled at the end of the year or early next year.

Looking for a relatively affordable flagship phone in 2021? Well, Xiaomi launched its Mi 11 for Malaysia yesterday so that's an option. But that's not all the company launched yesterday. If you wanted a new TV, there's also the large Redmi MAX 86.

With the announcement of the Xiaomi Mi 11 in Malaysia last night, Xiaomi also revealed the much-teased Redmi K40 series in China. The Redmi K series would usually get rebranded for the global market and that seems to be the case for the Redmi K40 series.

The latest Xiaomi Mi 11 was just launched yesterday in Malaysia with the Snapdragon 888 chipset. Today, we got the news that Qualcomm is now developing a new flagship chipset which will be the Snapdragon 895 chipset and Xiaomi Mi 12 will be the first smartphone to get it.

Other than launching the Mi 11 today, Xiaomi Malaysia has also launched three new accessories that are the Mi Vacuum Cleaner G10 wireless vacuum cleaner, Mi Ionic Hair Dryer H300, and a Mi 360 Home Security Camera 2K.

Xiaomi has officially unveiled the Xiaomi Mi 11 smartphone in Malaysia starting from the price of RM2799 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at RM2999. The smartphone can be purchased from Xiaomi’s official store on Lazada or any authorised Mi Stores located nationwide from 13 March 2021.

After launching the realme Narzo 30 series yesterday, the brand still has few smartphones that are waiting to be announced. One of them is the realme 8 and we've gotten some news today. According to a teaser revealed by the CEO of realme India and Europe Madhav Sheth, the realme 8 could have a 108MP sensor.

Wiko has launched the Wiko Y62 today as a budget device in Malaysia. The device sports a 6.1-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels and a 19:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by the quad-core MediaTek Helio A20 paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. If that's not enough, you can expand the storage up to 256GB with a micro SD card. The Wiko Y62 also has a 3,000mAh battery that is claimed to be able to last up to 1.5 days with just 1 charge.

OPPO has recently unveiled the OPPO Reno5 K 5G smartphone in China which comes equipped with largely the same specs as the Reno5, except it has a Snapdragon 750G 5G chipset. Unfortunately, there’s no news on the Malaysia release date for now so do check back with us in the future for more updates.

Some companies have been developing ARM-based PCs in recent years. Apple already has a few with its Apple M1-based Mac, and even local company SNS Network has one called the JOI Book SK3000. But a laptop like that from big companies would be very appealing.
