Xiaomi has just officially released their latest budget device, the Xiaomi Redmi 5A. Officially priced at CNY 600, the equivalent of only RM380!

Huawei officially announced their flagship Huawei Mate 10 and Huawei Mate 10 Pro smartphones today with mostly NPU (Neural-network Processing Unit) assisted features for 599 euros (~RM2986) and 699 euros (~RM3484). The Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design was also revealed for 1499 euros (~RM7473). No Malaysia release dates or pricing details yet, but we expect it to be lower than the pricing above (as Malaysian pricing has generally been lower than European pricing), with the first 2 coming to Malaysia soon.

Huawei will be revealing their Huawei Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro and possibly their Mate 10 Porsche Design smartphones tonight. Featuring the world's first Kirin 970 with Neural-Network Processing Unit or NPU powered devices the new Mate 10 phones promise better power efficient performance and more, so check out the channels below for a glimpse at it all yourself.

Leaked pictures of the rumoured Razer smartphone have appeared courtesy of TechByte, showing a black rectangular slate with the Razer logo, sharp edges and a dual rear camera + LED flash. Rumoured tech specs include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 5.7-inch 2K display, 8GB of RAM and surprisingly midrange 64GB of RAM (we were expecting at least 128GB).

Apart from the Apple iPhone X pricing, Apple Malaysia also officially listed the price for their Apple iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus smartphones. Featuring the same new hardware with not so bezel-free screens, the new iphones come in gold, silver and space grey colours with 64GB and 256GB storage options. Set for a Malaysia release date on 20 October 2017 both are not available yet, so check out the pricing break here.

Today, Garena Malaysia just made an announcement of a team up with DiGi, Maxis and Hotlink to provide free monthly internet to play on an upcoming popular game, Arena of Valor (AoV) to Malaysia this month. While there is no data yet on how many games Maxis and Hotlink users can play for freee on AoV, the special offer will allow DiGi users to play 300 - 500 AoV games on its network for free every month.

The Apple Malaysia store had a surprise today with their listing of the Apple iPhone X and their official pricing for the 64GB version at RM5149 and the 256GB storage version at RM5899. Colours come in space grey and silver but both colours and storage versions are currently unavailable. Huawei has officially (and quietly) announced another seemingly mid-range device called the honor 6C Pro. Apparently it is the buffed up successor of the mid-range Honor 6C which was revealed back in April.
