The realme 6 series has been well-received in Malaysia. Originally, only the base realme 6 model was launched back on 22 March 2020. This was followed by a variant with more RAM about 2 weeks ago, before realme Malaysia confirmed that it's bringing in the realme 6 Pro too. Today, realme unveiled the new model via a live-stream on its Facebook page and confirmed that the phone will be available soon.

Based on a statement by gizchina.com, it seems that the specifications for the Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G chipset have been leaked which gives us an idea on what to expect with the upcoming chipset. The leak states that the aforementioned chipset managed to perform around 10% better compared to its predecessor, and it scored around 360000 points on AnTuTu benchmark.
