Huawei Malaysia recently released their new flagship Huawei Mate 8 smartphone. The phone has beautiful design and hardware with beast -like performance but for myself, rather buggy software. When I first get my hands on the Mate 8, I immediately fell in love with the build quality, as the aluminium back feels great in the hand.
Everything in terms of hardware features are amazing, super responsive fingerprint scanner and the Kirin 950 chipset is a beast of a performer but you can see more in the video below. The Huawei Mate 8 that we got for review is the normal version with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage which is now available in Malaysia officially at RM2099 while the market price ranges from RM 1845 - RM1945.

Is there anyone who has not heard about the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge yet? Currently, it's one of the hottest smartphones in Malaysia now thanks to its beautiful curved edge design and while the RM3099 device isn't that different from its predecessor in terms of design aside from the obvious tech-specs upgrade, what makes it truly unique is its Dual Pixel camera technology (which is the main highlight), expandable memory and IP68 capless water resistance. But before we get to that, let's start with the basics first.

So far, from the good reviews we have seen, the new Apple iPhone SE does sound like a pretty good phone and even more so when we found out that the iPhone SE has a better AnTuTu score than its sibling the iPhone 6s. However, how well does the iPhone SE fare against a durability test? Will this phone bend easily like the old iPhone 6s?
Since it is based upon the old 5 inch iPhone 5s, it is not supposed to bend easily because it has an overall smaller dimension than its older siblings. Check out the video below from SquareTrade to see the answer.

Nowadays flagship devices on the market today are mostly water resistant capable phones or even if they're not, some of the phones can still handle water pretty well. We have seen a Samsung Galaxy S7 underwater unboxing, Nexus 6 underwater survival test and now it is time for more Samsung Galaxy S7 edge water tests, this time for approximately 16 hours by Lewis of Unbox Therapy.
Technically, the Galaxy S7 edge is IP68 rated so it should be able to handle a minimum of 30 minutes at a depth of 1.5 meters. While we also have our own frozen Samsung Galaxy S7 edge test, check out if the Galaxy S7 edge survived in this article.

While Apple has never said that any of their iPhones are water proof or water resistant, on occasion, some iPhones have taken a splash or dip and survived. ZachStraley decided to put the Apple iPhone 5S, iPhone SE and iPhone 6s to the test, by dunking all three in water for an extended period of time. Suffice to say, the iPhone SE not only survives but seems to be able to work right out of the water. Check out the video to see how the other two iPhones fared.
