Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Aziz today announced that the government will be introducing two eWallet initiatives under Budget 2023, whereby eligible Malaysians will be getting eWallet credits under the ePemula programme. These include RM200 one-off eWallet credits for youths aged 18 to 20 years old and full-time students aged over 21 years old as well as RM100 one-off eWallet credits f M40 Malaysians earning under RM100,000 a year.
