It was rumoured last year that Samsung would discontinue its Fan Edition lineup for the Galaxy S series smartphones. The Galaxy S22 FE didn't happen due to a chip shortage, but we could see a comeback this year with the Galaxy S23 FE.

Amidst news of various cyberattacks and zero-click exploits, Samsung Malaysia has revealed that their Galaxy S23 series smartphones already have a Samsung Message Guard security solution built into the system. Designed to preemptively protect your device, the solution currently works with Samsung Messages and Messages by Google with a software update set to roll out for third party messaging apps as well.

Samsung Malaysia has announced that it is extending its Buy 1 Get 1 deal for the Samsung Galaxy S23 series to 30 April 2023. Moreover, the company also expanded the list of eligible devices for trade-in as part of the promo, making it accessible to more people.

Samsung's recent Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is certainly enticing, but for some Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra users, getting a free Samsung Galaxy S23 smartphone isn't enough reason to upgrade. Especially since this would mean having to trade-in their Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Google has recently announced that you will be able to annotate or draw (and save it!) on a PDF file from Google Drive. Currently rolling out to Android 6.0 users and above around the world, our Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra could already do it with either a finger or the S Pen, but we couldn’t do the same on Google Drive for our Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite tablet, so be patient and you’ll get it soon.
