Besides launching the Moto X40 in China yesterday, Motorola launched its latest offering in the affordable smartphone segment, the Motorola Moto G53. Featuring an unknown octa-core Qualcomm SoC, the device is one of the cheapest smartphones that offers 5G connectivity.

After being teased by the Lenovo-owned company for quite some time, Motorola has finally unveiled its latest smartphone, the Motorola Moto X40. One of the first smartphones in the world to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, check out the full specs and features of the device below.

The Motorola Moto X40 has been in the rumour mills for quite some time and ahead of its imminent release later today in China, the company has officially revealed the design of the smartphone. Interestingly, the design is almost identical to a previous leak that we reported on before.

Previously, we reported that Motorola will be holding a launch event in China on 15 December 2022 for the release of its upcoming flagship, the Moto X40. Now, more details have emerged regarding the smartphone, both from Motorola itself as well as from a benchmark listing of the device spotted on Geekbench.
