During the MWC 2021, not only announcing the One UI Watch and five years of updates for some devices, but Samsung has also stated that more upcoming smartphones will get S Pen support. It is not that surprising as the firm has already done it with the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

When it comes to software updates, most Android phones would only have a year max. Fortunately, Samsung Galaxy phones are quite consistent and Samsung just announced there will be five years of Android security patches on selected Galaxy phones. 

It's starting to look like Samsung's AMD-powered chipset could live up to the hype. In recent tests, the Exynos 2200 handily beaten the iPhone 12 Pro's A14 Bionic chip in GFXBench. Now, another benchmark has proven that Samsung's chipset outperforms Apple's chip.

Samsung has released a new memory chip today and it's said to be a perfect fit for 5G low-cost devices. The new LPDDR5 uMCP (UFS-based MCP) is a multichip package that combines the company’s fastest LPDDR5 DRAM with the latest UFS 3.1 NAND flash in a single package. Currently, the product is the first such smartphone memory solution appearing in the industry.
