It sounds like a good idea on paper to rely less on advertisements, but there are some overlooked issues (like a fake account can still buy it). With that, the company is coming up with a solution.

In Twitter's blog, the company just announced that the videos shared on the platform will be getting two new updates. The videos will now be more immersive, expanding themselves to take advantage of the screen fully. On top of that, video discovery will also be launched.
