Earlier today, U Mobile conducted a 5G demonstration in Langkawi where they showcased the capabilities of the new network as well as the various use cases that it could excel in. U Mobile CTO Woon Ooi Yuen has mentioned 5G could be a huge benefit in various industries ranging from healthcare, education, and more.

GoPayz, which was developed by U Mobile, has announced that it is now possible to make Zakat contributions via the GoPayz e-wallet. The contributions can be made on either the GoPayz app which can be found on either the Google Play store or the Apple App store, as well as their official website.

As the first day of November begins, so as U Mobile's new GoPayz launch with a new campaign called GoPayz Top-Up. Starting now until 31 December 2019, customers will be able to top up their GoPayz and get some nice goodies. 

Recently, U Mobile, as well as Huawei Malaysia, have recently signed a “Letter of Intent” to collaborate and work on the 5G network in Malaysia. Not only that, but both the entities also plan on running 5G tests in Malaysia as well to work out the kinks to ensure that our infrastructure is ready for the new network. 

Today, U Mobile is proud to announce that they are the official sponsor for the Mobile Legends World Championship (M1). Why is this a big deal? Well, M1 is the world's biggest Mobile Legends tournament which is organised by Moonton with a prize pool of USD 250,000 (~RM1,048,250).
