Android 12 is just around the corner (pretty soon actually, on the 18th of May in the US timezone) and we will definitely be waiting for that as Google will showcase it next week. However, Jon Prosser, a well-known leakster just posted a video about it on YouTube, as well as the Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro.

Smart TVs with Android TV have gotten more affordable over the years, so more people have become interested in getting one. It helps that Google is actively improving the platform too. In fact, the company just updated Android TV's UI to make it more streamlined.

About two weeks ago, Huawei unveiled the latest version 2.0 of its HarmonyOS. Users who have the more recent Huawei devices (like the Huawei P40) could register for the beta test before 31 January 2021. But the actual update is already being made available to some developers and Huawei's partners.

It seems that the One UI 3.0 open beta, which is available in selected countries introduces several new features that could improve the user experience of Samsung Galaxy smartphone owners when the update is rolled out to the public. One of the features worth taking note of is the Double Tap to Sleep function, which lets the user double tap on an empty portion of the home screen or lock screen in order to turn off the display.

Last week, OnePlus announced that it will be looking to release the new version of HydrogenOS on 10 August 2020. Well, HydrogenOS 11 is now officially in China and it brings new features to OnePlus devices. Included in the bunch are the always-on display mode, an improved dark mode, and more.

OnePlus has always been one of the forerunners when it comes to Android implementation. Not long after Android 11 beta was released, OnePlus got in quickly and started testing it. While Android 11 isn't going to be officially released till 8 September 2020, OnePlus is already looking to unveil its latest Hydrogen OS 11.
