After being in the rumour mills for a while now, Xiaomi has finally announced the release date for the Xiaomi 13 series. Taking to its official Weibo account, Xiaomi announced that the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro will launch this Thursday (1 December 2022) in China at 7pm local time alongside the latest version of the MIUI OS, MIUI 14.

In recent years, Xiaomi has unveiled its latest flagship series almost immediately after each Snapdragon Summit. The event was held in mid-November this year, making it earlier than last year. As such, the Xiaomi 13 series could be launching pretty soon.

Xiaomi recently announced MIUI 14 via a post on the official Mi Community China, which also unveiled the new colourful logo for the latest MIUI OS. Now, more details of the MIUI 14 release have been unveiled, including the list of devices that are set to get the update to the latest OS.

It seems like we can now know when the Xiaomi 13 is arriving. According to the latest information, the device is scheduled to debut on 1 December 2022, along with MIUI 14.
